As the use of ridesharing services such as Uber and Lyft continues to increase, so does the requirement to address the alarming issue of sexual assault and violence toward both drivers and passengers. Whilst these platforms have changed transportation and provided convenience, they have also inadvertently made opportunities for possible criminals.
